How Chat Bots Becoming Viral !

Friends, The coming years are surprising and exciting!. My warm welcome for everybody to the era of chatbots. To give you exciting things, my research and writing on the blog, making me more knowledgeable than ever before. It's expanding my perspectives and the way of thinking.

First I just want to tell you guys, that chat-bots are more than what we think. It can even replace E-commerce platforms.

Recently chatbots spreading like wild fire. few Indian among them working perfectly.

It's expected to become 994.5 million dollars industry by 2024 according to STATISTA.

It's > 80% growth from 113 million dollars in 2015.

2. GoHeroAI

It assists you in booking flight, hotel, taxis etc. It integrates with messaging apps to use sophisticated algorithms and understand traveler’s preference.

3. HDFC

Eva is India's first AI-based banking chatbot and can answer millions of customer queries across multiple channels instantly, HDFC Bank said in a statement.

4. Ruhh

A chatbot developed by Microsoft India team. Specially for the Indian market. You can talk in English as well Hindi.

5. Lawbot

This Chennai-based chatbot or rather Lawbot analyses and reviews legal documents, like license agreements, which can help you save time, money and simplify the process

6. Haptik

Haptik can perform a wide array of activities ranging from finding the best shopping deals, checking train status, book movie tickets, get food delivered, and book flight/train tickets among others.

7. Gupshup

it enables developers to quickly and easily build, test, deploy and manage chatbots across all messaging channels.

8. IxiBaba

A chatbot that can answer all your travel queries brought to you by ixigo is the perfect example of how companies are improving on interacting with customers and enhancing customer experience.

9. MagicX

One of the first bots on the Facebook messenger, MagicX lets you carry day-to-day tasks like bill payments, recharge, food ordering, flight booking and other services via chat.

10. RechargeBot

Payjo is India’s first messenger bot that lets you recharge your phone, sets a reminder for recharge and shows suitable plans for your number.

11. Yana

YANA help users to book cabs, order groceries, etc. The chatbot’s intelligence has been developed by its more than 50,000 messages that it has received over time.

12. FitCircle

FitCircle is a health and fitness chatbot which offers users personalized weight loss workouts, personalized yoga guidance and similar features. It also offers nutrition guidance.

13. Prepathon

Pre-pathon messages students the topic of the day, it answers questions and also sends across motivational messages. Aimed at helping students perform better on their exams, this chatbot is making their life easier

14. Yatra

Yatra has launched what it claims is the first Facebook Messenger chatbot in the Indian online travel sector. The intelligent chat-bot helps customers search and book flights directly from their Facebook Messenger.

15. Niki.ai (Techbins Solutions Pvt. Ltd) :

Niki.ai helps users to order cabs from services such as Ola or Uber. Users can recharge their mobile phones. Users can also do online shopping quickly and easily.  Termed as the personalized shopping assistant, the company plans to make this bot a destination for all of the purchasing. Niki.ai is fully automated and does not feature any human interaction. How does this app make money? Through commissions on transactions on the app.Whether a prepaid, post-paid or DTH recharge, paying electricity bills, booking a cab, getting a laundry or ordering a burger from burger king, this chatbot assists you in all of it.

16. Prepathon :

Prepathon messages students the topic of the day, it answers questions and also sends across motivational messages. Aimed at helping students perform better on their exams, this chatbot is making their life easier. After messaging the topic of the day, if the students do not complete it, the chatbot keeps sending reminders. The company also plans to roll out more bots on Prepathon– such as a bot for announcing key deadlines, a bot for revision and more.

17. FitCircle :

FitCircle is a health and fitness chatbot which offers users personalized weight loss workouts, personalized yoga guidance, and similar features. It also offers nutrition guidance. According to the company, chatbot has an enormous opportunity compared to the traditional apps as they give a personalized experience and options, unlike a drop down menu with limited options. The company plans to launch many more features under this platform.

18. Payjo :

Payjo is a messenger chatbot which helps users recharge their phones and set reminders to recharge their phones. With a large number of Indian consumers using prepaid plans, this chatbot is expected to draw in more users in the future. This app also suggests the best plans for your network. In addition to English, Payjo is available in a number of Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.

19. ixibaba by ixigo :

ixibaba is your one-stop destination for all your travel queries. This chatbot can provide answers to questions related to traveling including cab fares, flights, hotels, places to see and a lot more. Moreover, ixibaba also offers information on timings of flight, routes, weather, all on a real time basis.

Haptik Personal Assistant: Mumbai- and San Francisco-based Haptik Inc. helps its users save time spent on the internet by looking for ways to get details of things such as best mobile plan, restaurant reservations, the price of a car, etc. Haptik can perform a wide array of activities ranging from finding the best shopping deals, checking train status, book movie tickets, get food delivered, and book flight/train tickets among others. One can set even reminders on the app. It is available on both Android and iOS for free.

Haptik was launched in 2013 by Aakrit Vaish, Swapan Rajdev.

21. Lawbot:

This Chennai-based chatbot or rather Lawbot analyses and reviews legal documents, like license agreements, which can help you save time, money and simplify the process. Run by cruxiQ, this app looks into the contract, picks up clauses and analyzed them before suggesting possible solutions. To get the review, one will just need to upload the contract. It claims to find and spot errors in the contract. However, it doesn’t offer legal advice.

Lawbot was founded by Beli A B and Manasvini Krishna in 2015

22.Lookup :

Run by Hatchery Software Private Limited, this bot helps connect local businessmen with customers. This personal assistant, like others, helps in making life easier for its users. This ‘Local Shopping Network’, can put its user in touch with the local shopkeeper. Local businessmen may also use Lookup and increase their customer base. The app promises to protect the privacy of the customers and doesn’t ask users to disclose their personal details like contact number, etc.

Lookup was founded by Deepak Ravindran in 2014.

23. Fynd:

This shopping app is aimed at disrupting the way people shop for fashion apparels and accessories. Mumbai-based Fynd sources products directly from the nearby outlets and takes anything between 4 to 24 hours for delivering the order. Buyers can try for free and return the product if not convinced. Run by Shopsense Retail Technologies Private Limited, it also has one touch mobile payment feature. It has is a wide range of brands and products, which includes ethnic wear, shoes, bags, clothing, etc. It also notifies users of discounts and cash-back offers.
