     This year Microsoft hope for digital transformation through its tools. Bridging the tools for new insights looks great. Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Cortana and Dynamic 365 makes office work simple and easy. The mission is to "Empower every person and every organization on planet to achieve more".

     It wants to help healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Retail, Financial service and Education sectors with the products with its inclusive design and by building trust in technology. Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft said that "The event broadcasting simultaneously in 12 languages using Artificial intelligence".

Four Digital Transformation Factors

     Modern work-space which can empower employees and provide platform for them to do more with their talent. They build simple and secured Microsoft 365 to dig out creativity and team work from employees.

     Ford employees represented how they work with mixed reality device HoloLens made by Microsoft. The device captured a lot of things including minute things as well. The performance is incredibly well as it shows how much angle we can cover in side mirror and how much background it covers.

    They said it saving us millions of dollars and they are highly secured. Through HoloLens ford officials can look the car model from any where in the world. This saves a lot of time and money as well.

     Business Apps, as i said earlier they collaborated their Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Cortana  and dynamic 365 which work well. For example, if we said "Am going to vacation next week" to Cortana, it helps you with automatic reply for the mails you receive in your vacation dates. All these apps work with AI technology.

     Bing for business, The feature really feels good for HR staff. People search designed to get info about our colleagues within organizations including their designation, previous work experience. Bing achieved this by merging with LinkedIn. Policy search helps us to know the rules and restrictions that the organization running with.

     Bing search also helps leaders with what executives looking in internet by providing searched keywords by the employee!. These dashboards also avail on smartphones which makes it more user-friendly. Li-Chen Miller who is working as project manager AI at Microsoft represented this beautifully.

     Application & Infrastructure And Data & AI are the other two factors for digital transformation.

     Business apps use AI in dynamic 365 to help in sales, field service, Customer service, Talent and operations. Azure and Mixed reality helping Trimble company to represent buildings in more effective way. Mixed reality helping many organizations like Tetrapak, Land O'lakes, Epic etc in their business.

Quantum Leap

     The event became more meaningful with quantum computers discussion. Microsoft made huge investments in this field. Krysta Svore helping it with software design. They are developing a new programming language which we can understand better. They were developing a new type of stable Qubits and they called it Topological Qubits.

     Microsoft believe that achieving quantum computers can help in Physics, Mathematics, Cryogenics and Computer science. Now we facing problems in computing large numbers but using quantum physics this become more easy. We can reduce years to days in computing.
