SolarGe India
Friends, So large India going towards Solar energy 👍
Why should India win the game?
country wise Population contribution
As we can see the people count in India tops in the world after China. We contribute 17.7% of the overall population in the world. It is necessary to take a bold step to opt renewable energy for us either to help the world to protect from global warming or for a healthy environment around us. China, US, Russia, and India countries are toppers in green house gas emissions from 1 to 4 respectively. We contribute 5.7% to the overall global warming in the globe. Compare to China (23.43%) and US (14.69%) we were a better player. Currently, we are availing most of our energy through coal ( 57 %), as a vigorously growing county we need huge energy in the future. So it's the better to go with renewable energy for our future needs.
Solar Panels

Even though we are in the artificial intelligence era, still India facing energy issues, thanks to the current government to take necessary actions against the high priority issues. We imported around 5.7 million kWh of energy in 2014, but currently, we are exporting our energy to neighbors. the export has been increased 2.5 to 2.8 times in recent years. Going forward electronics going to dominate the market, so we need so much of electricity to feed all the Electric vehicles, Machines and all other stuff. In this way, India's ambitious solar energy project is going to help for all of us and for the future generation.
We all knew that India is moving towards Electrification that too through renewable energy sector. Leaders trying to achieve 175 Giga Watts energy by 2022, they made an ambitious target to achieve its 100 GW solar target as early as the end of 2017(Till May 2017 they covered 57 MV of energy.)
Awesome Results :
Firstly India lights up without power cut troubles. It's a big issue especially in the evening, lot of small scale industries productivity will be affected, in the PAN India level, it will be the huge impact. So electrification lights up all these lives.
India is the 3rd largest producer of coal which also gives us the 3rd largest green house gas emitter position. More than 60% of our energy is met from coal. Renewable energy production might be a permanent solution for this.
You might know it or not, Indian railways is a worlds biggest transportation system and employer with 1331 million employees. So if this becomes an electrified sector, India will have a huge success story. Through this India going to save a lot of money either in the consumption of coal or in the energy production. In this Government aims to achieve 90% of broad gauge routes to go electrification by 2021. This is cost effective, Eco-friendly and more efficient. We do have a solar train which is first of its kind in the world. This is undergoing the trial run with 6 coaches and each coach is fitted with 12 panels each panel produces 300 watts of energy, totally train gets 3.6 kW of energy. The train has its first trial ride from Jodhpur division of North-Western railways.
Automobiles contribution is more in green house gas emission. Since we were going to have the surplus of electrical energy we can use it for these sectors too. The government has already promoted electric vehicle by offering low tax. Leaders of Govt. also set the target to achieve 100% Electric vehicles by 2030. With the help of Tech Mahindra and Ola they already achieved 100% Electric public transportation in Nagpur. In near future, this is entering for other metro cities in India.
Even the government taking decision to use only electric vehicles for official purpose.
Everyone's favorite target is to go cashless. It not only boosts up Indian economy. India spends a lot of money in printing currency notes and it's maintenance. If we go cashless we can save this money too. Modiji already spoke about it, they said that "we can spend this money for the poor". To achieve Digital India or cash less economy, power and the internet are the most sources. So we can use renewable energy in these fields too.
To implement solar panels to every home, the government offering 30% subsidy for everyone. You can avail these facilities too. You can calculate the amount here in the below link http://solarrooftop.gov.in/Grid/financial_tool/1 which is given from govt.
