They are Eco-Friendly!

We all have been hearing about the environmental pollution and its effect on future generations from our childhood. But what we were doing to avoid it? There is an entrepreneur playing the outstanding game standing with nature.

     He is the founder of SolarCity, Tesla, Space X, The boring company, Paypal, Hyperloop etc.  His innovations are remarkable. No two organizations alike. Every company started with the hope for significant solutions to the whole world. Not only rethinking but redesigning in accordance with nature is the DNA of his organizations.

     With the creative targets like Interplanetary traveling,  Solar power for everything, his organizations becoming more Eco-friendly each time. The targets appear so weird to here first time like the Renewable rocket!. But it has huge significance for the whole world. Just imagine we are launching every payloads with same rocket!.

Contributions to Environment

     The vision is to achieve the most of the energy required for humankind through sun!. Elon Musk said in TED talks interview that "Am extremely confident that solar will be at least a plurality of power and most likely a majority. The plurality will be less than 20 years". So his complete vision is to work on solar energy based products.

     SolarCity is one such company which produces solar panels and installed on more than 9 million houses. More people cannot afford the panels as it is costly, SolarCity helping them by offering monthly installments which are as long as 20 to 30 years. They are producing tons of electricity even in the cloudiest cities in America.

     Tesla the leading electric car maker in the world combined with SolarCity last year. Even though they joined for financial balance they are avoiding the biggest global issue, Global warming. The company runs based on 100% renewable energy.

According to Tesla news

     "This year, CO2 concentration levels permanently exceeded the alarming 400 parts per million thresholds. Many climate scientists believe this level will have a catastrophic impact on the environment. According to NASA, 2016 had the warmest September in 136 years of modern record-keeping. Tesla’s mission has always been to help solve this problem by accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy." 

     To accelerate their work to produce more eco-friendly cars they need enough batteries. This necessity leads them to establish Gigafactory planned to produce 35 gigawatt-hour. 1 GWh is equal to 1 billon watts per one hour.  The construction completed and started working last year.

     Gigafactory 2 also completed and they are planning for 3, 4 and 5 which they announced officially this year. They are helping to produce car batteries, solar cells and other solar based products on a large scale. It helps to reduce the cost of the products by bringing many factors under one roof.

     Not only this they made significant achievements in the renewable rocket as well. Even NASA is struggling to achieve this. We can use the same rocket for multiple launches which saves a lot of money and tons of materials. Till now we have seen renewable buses and cars but not rockets!.
