These Things Have No Future
Every technology-oriented revolution leads to beautiful innovations, it not only reduces human effort but also leads to extinction of some products. For example, a few decades ago we had people who hired employees to wake them up!. Employees used to come in front of the employer house and hits the door with some pieces that won't hurt the door.
But now we are in the fourth industrial revolution where we raised the target bars to automate everything. Even though we cannot change any thing drastically, there will be an accelerated growth every year. As Modiji says, there are more innovations happened in past 10 years than it's previous 70 years.
So we can easily predict few things which can extinct in near future.
Hard copy of Documents
This is most expected!. Today we have enough technologies to maintain large documents and such stuff with encryption. Big data and Cloud computing play the major role here. We can use applications like google drive, One drive, and Dropbox to maintain our documents and use it whenever necessary on any device.Technologically advanced companies like Google, Microsoft and Apple are leaders who are moving towards Eco-friendly culture.
Switch Boards
Now smartphones leading the world market. Due to portability and multitasking features, it became a hot spot in many industries like Digital Marketing. Now we have home automation technology and Internet of things emerging as current trend to change the game of House utilities.
Already many Indian startups working on this. Smarteefi an Indian start-up which prepared product related to switching controls of different house holds . It includes AC, Lighting system. We can also control the devices which are connected to switch board . For example, We can play music through your MP3 player which is connected to the switch board .
India set the target 2030 to end the Fuel based vehicles. To promote electric vehicles it already announced the schemes like less tax for electric vehicles. Also, it is providing electric cars for government officials use. It aims to deliver over 2 lac vehicles in India by 2020. Nagpur city went completely electric including rickshaws.
This is an expected to move as we have many solar projects leads to having more electrical energy. To utilize the excess of energy we must promote electric vehicles. As of now, we have Ather the Bangalore Indian start-up proving electric two wheeler (both mapped and gear bikes) and for three wheelers we have Mahindra and Mahindra who acquired Reva e-vehicles.
Ola service already started complete electric vehicles transformation system in Nagpur. Soon it will be launch in many metro cities.
Wires at home
Now we have enough technology to avoid wires. Wires are highly using inter-device connections highly while charging smartphones, TVs, Switches & lighting systems and other electronic devices. Extreme use of technology never promotes wires as its limitations to distance.
Wireless technology is cost effective and customer friendly. So wireless adoption is easy for organizations to make the profit with customer satisfaction. Now Apple came up with its latest technology to charge the device without wires, however, to plug into electricity it has a device through which apple device charge up without wires.
IOT which is playing a major role in home automation is the disruptive technology for wire manufacturing industries. It helps to switch devices from Android or iOS based devices.
